Refund policy


At Wishing Well Leos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and resalable clothing items. Please read the following terms carefully:
Eligibility for return 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.

Return process 

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Wishingwellleos@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.

Restocking fee 

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns.

Errors on our part 

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, defective product), we will provide a full credit, replacement, or refund without any restocking fee.

Refund processing 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we received the return item and the item has been approved for a return.

Exclusions 

  • Final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  • Custom pre-orders, seasonal items, and personalized products are not eligible for return because they have been made just for you!
